Some store links earn NoJunkParts a small commission, at no extra cost to you. It never changes which part we recommend or the order the stores appear in. How we make money

How the job goes

  1. Work on a cold engine. Remove the engine cover if fitted.
  2. Unplug and remove each ignition coil. On V6 engines the rear bank is under the intake area; take your time and label connectors.
  3. Blow debris out of each plug well before removing the plug.
  4. Remove the old plugs; start each new plug by hand, then tighten to the service-manual spec.
  5. Reinstall the coils and connectors.

Before you order

  • These are pre-gapped iridium plugs. Don't re-gap them.
  • Don't mix brands in one engine.
  • Confirm the tightening torque in a service manual; over-tightening can damage the aluminum head.
  • 2009–2011 Pilots use a different plug.
